Ready for the future: an exploratory study in compentency requirements for bachelor graduates in logistics

 In this paper, we examine the competency requirements of bachelor graduates in logistics based on current and expected trends and developments in logistics. The obtained insights can be used to develop logistics educational programs and curricula accordingly.
